Mid Atlantic AeroBarrier offers commercial and residential envelope air sealing with guaranteed results. We work with general contractors, developers, facility managers, and home owners on new construction and renovation projects.
An air barrier systems typically has multiple components that work together to separate and control airflow between conditioned and unconditioned spaces. There are limitations to these components that lead to air leaks. Mid Atlantic AeroBarrier is an automated process for plugging those leaks in your building.
AeroBarrier was researched and developed at the University of California, Davis, by leading building scientist and energy efficiency experts. AeroBarrier makes it possible to easily meet or exceed the building leakage requirements of LEED, ZERH, Passive House, and the 2015 IECC
