Our Story

AirFit HVAC LLC is a FULL SERVICE heating and cooling servicing and installation business. Servicing all 5 boroughs, with over 15 years of experience, AirFit HVAC LLC brings knowledge and workmanship unlike any other HVAC company in the business today. We are the total package for your HVAC needs and beyond. We offer prompt servicing; reasonably priced estimates for our best-in- class quality of work (a necessity in today’s economy); and make sure the job is done right, the first time! We service and do installations for both commercial and residential properties. Our specialties include, but are not limited to: • Air Conditioners • Furnaces • Boilers • Water Heaters • Heat Pumps • Air Purification Systems • Humidifiers • Service Contracts

AirFit HVAC LLC is proud to have expanded further into Manhattan during the Summer of 2022 with our recent acquisition of Contract Clients from Air Excel Corp. We bring with us well over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry, with Manuel Sosa at the helm. Born to Dominican immigrant parents, a hard work ethic was engrained in Manuel which has lent itself to making him a master of his trade. For over 13 years, Manuel worked at one of the top HVAC companies in Manhattan. As a result, he brings with him an intricate and intimate knowledge of Manhattan and caring for/working in the high-end luxury real estate that comprises the area. Everything from maintenance work to large scale installation work, there is not a single type of project that Manuel has not been involved in. From luxury stores in SoHo, entire brownstones on the East and West Side, to penthouse apartments on Fifth Avenue, Manuel Sosa has seen it all and left satisfied customers everywhere he’s been. Being a true family man who has supported his family with multi-generational living in the home he owns, Manuel builds all his relationships with a strong family-like foundation and genuinely cares about his customers’ satisfaction. He maintains a very low, to almost non-existent, repeat rate of return because he gets the job done right the first time. Leaving his previous company was a tough decision but it was certainly the right one. No amount of money that the previous company wanted to give him could prevent him from following his dreams of being his own boss and owning a company where the clients truly come first. Building a quality generational company for both his immediate family and his family of clients is of utmost import for Manuel and everyone that works for him and with him. Though a new company, AirFit HVAC LLC is full of experience and proficiency in all facets of heating and cooling.

AirFit HVAC LLC is a family and friend owned and operated business. At AirFit, we believe in running a happy and close-knit environment for everyone at the company and passing on that family/friend experience to our clients. The company is currently comprised of 8 employees ranging from technicians in the field to office staff, all with years of experience in their given roles.

Krystle Clark is the Office Manager at AirFit HVAC LLC and brings with her years of customer service and management experience. However, she got her start as a performer. She has been dancing and singing since she was a little girl. She obtained a theater degree from Western Kentucky University and from there went on to perform at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, making dreams come true for kids from all over the world. She moved to New York City in 2013 to continue her performing career. She very quickly became a Manager for a sales team in Manhattan for what once was the oldest ticketing agency in Times Square (before shuttering due to Covid). At the same company, she was Assistant Controller, where she managed the books and records, while also acquiring and maintaining relationships with concierge clients. In 2015, while working on a film set, Krystle met her (now long-time) partner, Martin Mundzik, and they have been living together ever since. Krystle will always strive to give all of AirFit HVAC’s clients an experience unlike anywhere else.

Martin Mundzik is a born and bred New Yorker. Born to hardworking Polish immigrant parents, it was always engrained in him that he had to work hard for everything in life. Martin was accepted into Regis, one of the premier high school institutions in the city, where he was taught the importance of hard work and being “a man for others”. From there he was accepted to NYU: Tisch School of Drama, where he received some of the best theatre training in the world, all while taking business and law classes. Throughout his life, Martin took on as many different jobs as possible to get as much out of life as possible, along with valuable knowledge he could apply to his next endeavor. He has been a grocer, a tutor (both of general education subjects and standardized testing because of his high marks), an intern for the Brooklyn DA’s office where he modernized their truancy system, an actor in commercials and film/tv, a property owner and manager of a successful short-term rental, to now being Manuel Sosa’s Business Partner. Having been neighbors for years, when Manny told Martin he wanted to go out on his own and start his own company, Martin couldn’t wait to help. Seeing how hardworking and family-oriented Manny is, (not to mention he won’t let anyone else touch his HVAC units) Martin wanted to do whatever he could to help him succeed.

With AirFit HVAC, you can rest assured that the care and service you receive will make you feel like family and your home will always be the “right fit for your comfort”.
