AVAN Precast Concrete, Inc.

Over the years AVAN Precast Concrete has primarily been a pre-caster's pre-caster, supplying the largest pre-casters in the midwest with products that we could make more efficiently than they could.  With our growth we are moving forward to develop our own markets as well as fulfill the overflow from larger pre-casters. 

As AVAN Precast Concrete goes forward, we will be adding to our current capacity of insulated wall panels, and also be adding hollow core floor.  With our current ability to produce columns and pre-stressed beams, this means that we will be able to supply companies interested in systems buildings.  We’re making a big investment in growing our business to support Chicago’s growing markets and we hope that you will explore our new website and watch our video to get a quick sample of the many projects and success stories we have worked on over the years.  We look forward to bidding on your next project.
