Scope Of Work
DHG contracted by the Industrial Development Authority of Danville to provide the abatement and demolition of this seven-story former hotel. Work included pressure relief wall engineering and construction, backfill, seeding and erosion control Work in close confines to adjacent building to remain and in busy downtown business district.
Asbestos abatement of the former motel structure completed before demolition.
Building being demolished was 30'' from an adjacent occupied building.
