KMK Construction, Inc.

I am pleased to introduce you to KMK Construction, Inc. (KMK), a family-owned, CVE-verified SDVOSB and SBA-certified HUBZone firm.  KMK has provided general contracting, facilities maintenance and design/build services to federal and municipal agencies since 1996.  I am a service-disabled veteran of the United States Army and the President, majority owner, and sole director of KMK with 40 years contracting experience working with government agencies. 

Established in 1995 and incorporated in 1996, KMK began with one office and a few employees performing work in southern Maine and New Hampshire.  Over the past twenty-plus years it has steadily grown and is now five offices strong, with locations from Maine to Florida.  Each member of KMK’s key management team has over 30 years of experience in construction management and government contracting and understands the needs, financial constraints, decision-making processes, safety and quality control issues that are a part of every government contract.

KMK’s mission has remained true throughout its history:  provide the highest quality product and complete client satisfaction.  It is the reason for the company’s continued success.  KMK has been a trusted contractor for more than 20 years and we look forward to continuing the trend for many years to come.  We welcome the opportunity to be of service to our current and future clients.
