Andres M. Cardenes, A.I.A. and Associates was founded in 1974 providing professional services for architecture, interior design and engineering. During this period, this firm has handled a variety of projects, some very large and other smaller in scope, but always providing full attention to the needs and expectation of the Client.

We are a small but creative group dedicated to provide a total design service. Our scope of services not only covers the customary areas of architecture, interior design and engineering, but also extends its assistance in areas of site selection, zoning research, plan checking, surveying and selecting of contractors.
