Mr. Kinsella has over 30 years of experience covering a broad range of projects for both the public and private sectors. As President of d.a.kinsella company Inc. (dak)., Mr. Kinsella has been responsible for a variety of low rise residential single and multi-family projects ranging in construction value from $5,000 to $10 million. Projects which have been funded through multiple lenders, personnel finance, HUD, federal and state tax credit and community block development grants, Massachusetts housing finance, Massachusetts housing and community development. Projects have ranged in scope from simple bathroom remodels to new house construction. The practice consists of a strong residential component and light commercial with emphasis on multi and single family homes.
During any work program the firm attempts to maintain a minimum of three projects at a maximum construction value of 350,000 each. As president of tbc Mr. Kinsella over sees the operations of all services provided by tbc, Mr. Kinsella is responsible for directing all staff both in the office and field in the service and execution of construction operations., contracting with subcontractors, estimating, and purchasing for day to day operations. To date he managed the residential construction and renovation operations by tbc to a value of $2.4 million with an average of $1.6 million in sales. Other skills that Mr. Kinsella has developed include marketing; project management; cost control , value engineering and construction supervision
