Scope Of Work

Griffin Hall Center for Informatics at Northern Kentucky University is a 135,000 square foot facility created to house the new College of Informatics. Design elements for the project include the new building site, the new “Oval Green,” and new drop-off for both Griffin Hall and the adjacent Student Union.

MSP performed the role of local architect and local site civil engineer for the project. Architectural services included design of a new tunnel system, quality control, and construction administration. Site civil engineering services included design for the site demolition, the new tunnel system, site grading, fire access, and site utilities for the 5.6 acre site.
