Our Story

Since the firm's founding in 1975, Jarmel Kizel has worked its way from the inside out; originally concentrating on the interior design of corporate offices and since has grown into a full-service Architectural, Engineering, and Interior Design firm that provides a single point of accountability for all aspects of design services. The firm's size and abilities enable it to handle a broad spectrum of projects while allowing the principals to put their seal on every one. With in-house Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering, clients can look to Jarmel Kizel to have all aspects of their projects designed and managed by one firm.

Jarmel Kizel understands that from its client's perspective, the building they occupy is the vehicle that transports them into the future. Exceptional design is essential, but the building must also incorporate all of the user's needs. The firm's integrated Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Branding and Real estate support services ensure that the journey from start to finish will be a comfortable one.

Jarmel Kizel's planning experience runs deep, from preparing building programs and feasibility studies, to undertaking site plans strategies that integrate new construction with existing buildings and mixed-use projects. The principals are experts in what can be the most frustrating part of any project; traversing the approval process of planning and zoning with local, county, and state agencies. Jarmel Kizel's vast development experience helps clients save time in evaluating the feasibility of their project. With the firm's direction, clients avoid obstacles and move proactively toward their goals. Enabling clients to understand how to maneuver through the red tape and obtain approvals vastly sets Jarmel Kizel apart from their competition.

Jarmel Kizel also distinguishes itself by the hands-on involvement by the firm's principals in every facet of a project. The staff is a dedicated, talented team of registered Architects, professional Engineers, Interior Designers, and the technical support personnel who share the firm's principles with every client; quest for perfection; a tradition for upholding the highest standards of quality; pride in the integrity of the work designed; a foundation of meticulous attention to detail independent of the project size; and ability to add value by understanding the clients' business goals and coordinating them with expert knowledge of construction and development.
