Scope Of Work

The firm provided architectural and engineering services for numerous restaurants within the JFK Airport. HMSHost is responsible for the food concessions in terminals throughout this high volume New York City international airport. The firm has provided design and A/E construction documents and construction administration for full service restaurants, food court operations, bar area, and coffee shops in Terminals 1, 2, and 7 with additional terminals to follow. Tenants include Starbucks, Wolfgang Puck Pizza, Wolfgang Puck Grab n Go, Todd English Bonfire, Balducci's Medalist Sports Bar, Sbarro Greenwich Village Bistro, Napa Valley Wine Bar, French Meadows, Legends, Bombay Sapphire and Atlantic Bar and Grill.
