Steve and Brannin Gries and their team have all cultivated a deep-rooted love of design. They enjoy taking on architectural challenges, and they possess the diverse skill sets needed to handle a prolific range of building types and styles.

This highly motivated team of experts is also responsive and open-minded when
collaborating with consultants and sharing ideas with the users of a building. We will listen throughout the planning and construction process to ensure your project is functional, efficient, and cost-effective.

The Best Advantage Credit Union (BACU) is an excellent example of how we listened to the ideas of the people who would be using the building. After all, innovation is everyone’s responsibility, and who knows better about the system inefficiencies than the people in the middle of it every day?

Innovation team members included stakeholders from member services, consumer lending, administration, financial services, concierge services, IT, marketing, and accounting. Once the team was formed, experience-based design methodologies were used to facilitate ideation.
