Scope Of Work
This complete renovation project for the South Carolina Cancer Center (SCCC) provided a new, welcoming public image for the facility. The design created a new entry lobby, upgraded finishes in 52 patient rooms and corridors, and converted 6 rooms to accessible units with family accommodations. Nurses’ sinks and storage units were added to the majority of rooms. The program also required partial demolition and renovation of the nurses’ core, staff support areas, offices, staff lockers, and a staff lounge as well as mechanical systems upgrades.
