Founded in April of 1992, Roteman, Eberhard & Associates, Architects has come to be known to be service oriented, strong in project conception, design, documentation, and approvals. We are a full service architectural firm, providing valuable services through completion of construction, including all aspects of project co-ordination, leadership, and scheduling. Our practice includes work with custom homes, as well as multi-family and mixed-use housing, and commercial and other non-residential projects. Our projects range from small to large including new construction, additions, remodeling, re-styling, and natural and man-made damage repair.

Services are tailored to client and project needs, from early consultations such as evaluating prospective project sites, to turnkey services. We provide efficient cost effective services with all the benefits and resources of an experienced and complete professional architectural office. Mr. Roteman and his associates bring many years of experience in architecture, construction, and permit processing. The firm has won the George Washington Smith Award for Spanish Architecture, the Santa Barbara Beautiful Award, and the Goleta Beautiful Award. Due to the firms designs, thorough plans, and service, customers, contractors and speculative builders frequently recommend and use Roteman, Eberhard & Associates, Architects. Mr. Roteman has worked in Santa Barbara for twenty-five years.

In addition, Mr. Roteman currently serves on the Board of Santa Barbara Community Housing Corporation, Board of American Youth Soccer Organization of Santa Barbara and is the Area 10W AYSO Coach Administrator. He is a member of Built Green Santa Barbara, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara. He was on the Board of the Santa Barbara Junior Chamber of Commerce and President in 87-88 and District 6C Governor 88-89, a board member of the Santa Barbara Zoo, member and President of the National Association of Remodeling Industry, and board member of the California Junior Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
