Skyhook, Inc. started business in 1977 and was incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania in 1979.  Skyhook is privately owned by Philip J. Carroll and Judy M. Carroll.  In the 30 years since starting the business we have worked on almost every kind of site installation imaginable.  This includes large and small guy and self support towers, monopoles, rooftops, watertanks and smokestacks.  We have worked of microwave, broadcast, cellular and PCS sites.  We are currently involved in building complete turnkey sites.  Some of our clients include Verizon, Horizon, SBA, Nextel, Nextel Partners, AT&T and Bechtel.  We currently service sites in Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey, West Virginia and Ohio.

Skyhook, Inc. is a founding member of The National Association of Tower Erectors.  NATE is a nonprofit organization that is made up of people from the tower industry.  The goal of this organization is to provide a voice for the industry and to provide a safer work environment through the development of training videos and safety programs.  To learn more about NATE organization click on their symbol on our home page.

Skyhook, Inc. is a safety conscious company.  It is mandatory for employees to attend monthly safety meetings.  All of our employees have completed a 16 hour fall protection class and are First Aid and CPR certified by the American Red Cross.  New employees are required to put in numerous hours of on the ground training before they are permitted to climb towers.  Skyhook currently has 4 crews available for work in the Mid-Atlantic and New England states.  We offer our customers free warehousing of all materials Skyhook will be using on site.  We have 30,000 square feet of inside warehouse space and 150 acres of outside storage.  Please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail if you would like to use Skyhook for a future project or if you need a price quote.
