As I write this introduction to my company I am very aware that the mission we set for ourselves in 1969 is the same today. We felt then, as we do now, we want a customer for life. We want more than a one time relationship. . When the words fireplace, cleaning, inspections, evaluations , repairs and new installations are mentioned, the only name that should come to mind is The Chimney Sweeper. For forty years, that’s exactly what's happened, allowing us to service over 100,000 fireplaces. In 1979 we added dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning to our list of services.

I believe strongly in continuing education for our employees. All my employees in the field take regular seminars on the latest codes, regulations, techniques and customer service. Senior technicians have taken extensive training and have certifications from the most reliable industry agencies and guilds. Our top notch office staff is trained to respond to your questions,needs and requests immediately.

Because of our reputation within the fireplace industry, we have been allowed to be at the forefront of new inovations . We have been asked by many manufacturers of fireplace related products, to help with the testing. Prominence within the industry has allowed us to have access to almost any product or technique needed to deal with most fireplace issues. Our company is also licensed by the California State License Board (#534063). In order to keep our State Contractors License active, we are required to have business liability insurance, workers compensation insurance and carry a bond.
