AMS Mechanical Systems installed a 2500ton (4) Temperature Level Ammonia System to service a Costco Meat Process Facility in Morris, IL. The system consisted of (12) Screw Compressors, (4) Recirculators, (4) Condensers, (68) Evaporators, (4) Make Up Air Units, (3) Glycol Heat Exchangers, (2) Ice Machines and (3) Spiral Freezers. Included in our scope was all the insulated metal wall and ceiling panels, all refrigerated doors and (11) HCR Air Curtains.
