Scope Of Work

This state of the art 4-story arena is a sports and exhibition complex. In addittion, it houses a professional hockey team that requires operating systems in two entirely different modes (non-ice mode & ice mode), housing 36 luxury suites, concessions and merchandise areas. In addition, the project included a 7,000 sq. ft. locker room, storage rooms, full service commercial kitchen, VIP restaurant, administration offices and meeting rooms all controlled by a Direct Digital Control system. Couts’ performance on this project demonstrates its capabilities in successfully completing projects with high tech operating systems and custom design specified work. Completion of this project went according to plan and finished months ahead of schedule.
