Our Story

MAIN SERVICES

On Demand Service

We can respond to the call for service 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Our goal is to provide you with a working system when you need it most.

Planned Maintenance

We offer individually designed maintenance contracts for each of our clients. We couple this with predictive maintenance services such as Vibration analysis and Infrared Thermography to ensure that you won't be sidelined by a problem that could have been seen and prevented.

Projects

Our Project installation department consists of estimators, sketchers, coordinators and project managers all specifically qualified in the art of producing a timely finished project. Our on time performance is second to none. Since 1972, we pride ourselves on delivering on time every time. We continually excel in projects from a small single zone system to a chiller in a high rise in NY.

Value Engineering

When the design and budget start spiraling out of control, contact Temp-Art. We continually save our clients money with our value engineering skills. We have never been afraid to look at a project from a different angle to meet budgets, energy concerns and deadlines. The most important thing in our world is finding a solution that works best for the client. We will then service what we install, so we are with you for the long term.

High Technology Systems

Since the very beginning Temp-Art has always strived to be ahead of the crowd with respect to technology. We have installed thousands of tons of Geothermal systems, making us one of the most experienced companies in the tri state area. We have also worked with Micro-CHP and cogeneration technology. You can be sure that Temp-Art is no stranger to the technology you are researching.

WORK IN YOUR REGION

Our motto has always been "From Montauk to Manhattan since 1972". It's a great motto, but it doesn't tell the whole story. We have worked as far north as Vermont and as far south as Virginia. Our clients demand the highest level of quality and competence, and often we are asked to handle projects outside of NY. They find security in knowing that we are handling their projects wherever they are.
