Alltex Parker also provides commercial HVAC services. These services include:

We have completed projects as small as replacing a single 2-ton package unit up to installing thirteen rooftop package units totaling 154 tons of cooling. We can provide your business with an estimate on everything from duct layout to complete equipment replacement. We also offer commercial leasing which will give your organization a fixed monthly payment to replace your worn out, inefficient equipment. The lease agreements range from three to seven years in duration and will provide you with a fixed monthly payment. In some cases the reduced operating cost from the new high efficient equipment will pay for your monthly lease payment. We can also provide your organization with solutions for your hot warehouse by designing and installing commercial ventilation equipment.

Our experience shows that most companies do not have a regular Preventative Maintenance (PM) contract in place. Without it your equipment will operate at reduced capacity, your utility cost increase and finally you will have untimely breakdowns. With our PM program you will receive regular service from our technical team to perform cleaning, operational checks and filter changes. Residential HVAC

Our technicians are factory trained on all brands of equipment and all types of systems. Additional services include load calculations and duct design. If your home has hot and cold spots we can design a system with duct work that will satisfy all of your comfort needs. Alltex has a preventative maintenance which will provide you with regular service that will keep your heat and A/C systems running at maximum efficiency. We can also provide you with a free estimate on equipment and system replacements. We offer same as cash financing or a low interest, fixed payment plan that will fit any budget. Our Appliance Technicians undergo a background checks, drug screen and are certified with the EPA to handle refrigerants.

Each of our service vehicles are stocked with an extensive inventory of parts and the latest equipment to ensure that we are providing you with the best service possible. Our technicians are backed by a fully staffed customer service and parts department to support every facet of service to you, our customer. We also provide in shop repair of your appliance.
