Briggs Mechanical was founded in 1997 by Michael Briggs after having a successful career in air conditioner installation and servicing commercial HVAC equipment for the Trane Company, which is part of the Pipefitters/HVAC union in Boston, Local 537. Michael started the company with the idea of giving people "Quality you can take comfort in!" Thus the birth of the company's slogan.

Giving comfort to customers starts in our office, the way their request is handled internally, the way our sales staff educates our customers to help them with their needs, the way our technicians treat our customers' homes and offices with care.
