Equal Air Balance Company was formed in 1989 and is led today by Erik and Denise Dlugajczyk who oversee the daily operations and Matt Johnson who manages the field technicians. Some of our field technicians have been at EAB for over 20 years, and they’re all dedicated to the job and to a great client experience.

Our technicians also have the ability to operate the latest direct digital controls (DDC) systems. Certifications

We are NEBB and TABB certified in Test and Balance and Commissioning, and our capabilities allow EAB to perform jobs ranging from an office remodel to a complex clean room.
