Texas Specialties is located in Arlington, Texas in the middle of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and has been in business since 2001. Established by Stewart and Cindy Jones, the company started as a Representative/Distributor for Marlite and a Representative/Distributor for Accurate Partitions and American Specialties, Inc. along with distributing many other Division 10 product lines.

In May, 2002, Texas Specialties became the Representative for Construction Specialties for their Interior Wall Protection, Entrance Flooring, and General Cubicle Divisions. By December 2003, Construction Specialties had turned over all product groups to Texas Specialties to include Expansion Joint Covers, Louvers, Architectural Grilles, and Exterior Sun Controls. Over the years, we have added new product groups from Construction Specialties to include the Acrovyn High Impact Doors, Solarmotion, and Floorometry.

With the added product lines from Construction Specialties, and needing to offer installation assistance to Customers who are not familiar with installation techniques on our products, it was necessary to divide our Company into two divisions. One division to handle Architects and Designers for CS Group products and one division to help General Contractors and Subcontractors with pricing on all products as well as the Marlite and Division 10 products we continue to distribute.

Over the years, we have been very fortunate to have furnished materials and/or had a contract for material/labor for construction jobs from coast to coast, including Sonic Drive-Ins, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Wal-Mart, Sam's Wholesale, HCA Hospitals, Cowboy Stadium, Cedar Park Event Center, Allen Event Center, Great Wolf Lodge, DISD, LISD, CFISD, Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas Convention Center, FWISD, Baylor Athletic Complex, House of Blues, UNT Business Leadership Building, UNT Highland Street Garage, Parkland Hospital, Denbury Resources, San Antonio Court Building, Cook Children's Clinics and DFW Airport.
