Our company began operating over 13 years ago as Pontiac Drywall Systems, Inc. as a drywall / carpentry subcontractor. A majority of our work was for the Auto Industry, small retail centers, small office buildings and HUD Housing projects. Over the years we grew into a larger subcontractor and our client base expanded to do larger projects at Metro Airport, the MGM Casino in Detroit and at that time we began to take on “General Trade” Contracts for some of the areas larger General Contractors, as well as, act as a General Contractor on small retail and housing projects.
Because of this natural progression in the development of the company in 2008 we changed the focus of the company from that of a subcontractor to dedicating over 90% of our contracts as a General Contractor. It was shortly thereafter that we began pursuing projects for the various branches of the U.S. Government. In the last 3 years we have successfully completed several projects ranging in size and complexity for various branches of the government. We recently have complete projects for the USACE, the USCG and GSA.
