Dynamite Demolition offers strategic, selective demolition to Contractors all over Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties.  We are completely turn-key, from pulling demo permits (if needed) to full demolition and disposal.  We can even erect dust walls, so all you have to worry about is starting your construction project.  

As a State-Certified Building Contractor ourselves, having run Nelson Construction and Renovations since 2006, we know what Contractors need and want from their subs.  Our purpose is to get your job done on time and within your budget, and to leave the job site spotless so all you have to do is start construction.
