Our Story

A Strong Reputation in Time Transactions

Cincinnati Time Systems is known for its excellent reputation in providing businesses and institutions with extensive expertise in time-based service offerings… and always striving to provide the best solutions. We represent some 50 different manufacturers and serve about 20,000 clients with expertise in four different service areas:

Time and Attendance
Parking
Access Control
Video Surveillance

Clients trust our guidance and advice, which we share freely. Our solutions consistently and positively impact their operations.

Effective Solutions for Customers

At Cincinnati Time Systems, we carefully assess clients’ needs and tailor the right products and services to the type, size and goals of our customers. As a value-added reseller, we offer effective solutions within four service areas and integrate them to serve clients more fully. Thus, as a Time & Attendance client, you may later desire our Video Surveillance services as well as a Parking or Access Control system.

Often, we integrate hardware and software products to generate comprehensive reports for customers on workforce management, budget, history, etc. We advise as to ways to build and increase revenues through Parking and Access Control systems, supporting their company growth. Customers appreciate working with one knowledgeable and respected company that interfaces and services all their systems.

A Local Company Brings Great Value
As a Michigan-based company, customers appreciate how we personally come out to meet you, assess your facility, and understand your needs and goals. We ask the right and pertinent questions and witness first-hand exactly where products will be installed.

We will advise you, calling upon our industry and product expertise. Personalized demonstrations enable you to see and touch the products and ask questions. As a customer, you will value our knowledge of local jurisdiction and applicable laws and city-to-city rules for each product offering, such as what is required to pass inspection for an access control system, meeting all fire codes.

After the sale, we professionally install your system(s), and provide customized, onsite training. The same factory-certified technicians that install and train will consistently support and service your system.

Our Goal Is To Make You Happy
Our goal at Cincinnati Time Systems is to make our customers happy, through significant product knowledge, industry experience, and exemplary customer service. Our high level of service keeps customers coming back again and again, accounting for our long-term relationships and consistent referrals.

We invite you to contact us, and we look forward to working with you.
