Our Story

Eii, Inc. is a unique electrical and Mechanical contracting firm - a blend of proven experience... combining highly skilled, experienced executives with vigorous, innovative estimators, project managers, supervisors and many others - together forming a team that thrives on performing a job with the utmost efficiency.

A company, whose origin spans over Sixty years, Eii, Inc. was restructured from the parent company Electrical Installations, and incorporated in 1984. Continuous growth with the inception of a Communications/Security Division in 2002, and the acquisition of several electrical companies over the years have enabled major industry advancement.

Over the years, Eii, Inc. has put in place many millions of dollars in electrical/mechanical construction. Projects span the entire range of electrical and mechanical construction - from commercial and retail offices, data centers, shopping centers, to the most complicated of industrial environments, including power producing utilities, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, and automobile assembly facilities.

Today the company maintains skilled management in all areas, including accounting and financial administration, supervision, and work production. The quality of our organization is evidenced by the growth in our volume of business and in the harmonious working conditions with our clientele.

Eii, Inc.'s policies are founded on the belief that ethical business practices are successful business practices; and that service, safety, dependability and integrity are the most important factors in all of our business relationships.
