Dale R. Hedrick is the Founder & President of Hedrick Brothers Construction, a privately-owned company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. A fourth generation general contractor active in Palm Beach County since 1979, Dale has been instrumental in building and maintaining the company’s reputation for providing quality craftsmanship, professional project management, and conducting business with integrity. Hedrick Brothers Construction provides pre-construction, construction management, general contracting, design-build and virtual design & construction services for Commercial, Luxury Residential, Equestrian, Industrial, Automobile Dealerships, Municipal, Country Clubs, Education, and Historic Restoration projects in Florida and Georgia. Company awards include AIA Florida Builder of the Year 2014, AIA Palm Beach Builder of the Year 2013, and Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches Business of the Year 2014.

Dale R. Hedrick was born and raised in West Palm Beach. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Building and Construction from the M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction. Dale is a Member of Family Church, Downtown. He has been married to Cathleen Burk for 30 years, they have three sons and reside in West Palm Beach.
Eric Engstrom's Bio
Eric Engstrom joined the Hedrick Brothers Construction team in 2011 with extensive experience in the accounting and construction industries in Palm Beach County. As CFO, Eric Engstrom is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Safety, and Information Technology departments, as well as general business matters, management of all insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, Property & Casualty, Health and related, Employers Liability, and the company’s bonding and banking relationships. As CFO of the privately held Hedrick Brothers Construction, Eric is also responsible for overseeing the financial and business-related matters including general accounting, contracts and operations for nine additional companies owned by the founder of Hedrick Brothers Construction. The companies are in various industries including commercial rentals, vacant land, and energy efficient products.
Erik Himmel's Bio
Erik Himmel has been building high-performance projects with Hedrick Brothers Construction since 2007. With more than 30 years of construction experience in South Florida, Massachusetts and The Caribbean, he has advanced his career with the company from Project Manager to Vice President & Project Executive for the automotive market and all projects in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Erik has invaluable knowledge in building and renovating high-performance and LEED certified commercial and industrial projects, premiere automobile dealerships, parking garages, and high-end luxury residential and equestrian estates. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management with a Major in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA.
Gene Parker's Bio
Gene Parker joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in 1983 as a general superintendent and has advanced his career to Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer. For more than 30 years, he has overseen the development of hundreds of projects, and has led the company’s pursuit of total quality management and superior client satisfaction. Gene’s hands-on approach includes executive-level project management for the renovation, restoration, and new construction of world-class luxury residential homes and condominiums, equestrian estates, country clubs, high-end retail boutiques, and commercial properties on Palm Beach.
Jack Ullrich's Bio
Jack Ullrich has been building throughout South Florida for over 40 years. His expertise is in Construction Management Services for both the public and private sectors, including municipal, industrial, and commercial facilities, as well as university, college, and K-12 campuses. Jack has built seven LEED certified buildings in South Florida, and brings his experience in innovative and high-performance technologies to each project. Jack is Past President of the AGC Florida East Coast Chapter and brings a resource of professional relationships and contacts throughout the South Florida and Palm Beach County building industry.

Sean Burnie's Bio
Sean has more than two decades of construction industry experience. He is an expert in providing cost estimating management for projects with tough logistical constraints, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality projects. His diverse experience includes commercial, government, education, and hospitality projects, and he oversees the Estimating, Virtual Design & Construction, Marketing and Business Development teams. Sean is a board member of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce and a member of Leadership Broward Class XXXIX.

Brett Strassel's Bio
Brett Strassel works directly with the client and the HB project team in building the project. He provides timely and accurate information regarding project delivery and is responsible for keeping the project within budget and on schedule. Brett’s expertise is in Construction Management Services for both the public and private sectors, including the recently completed BallenIsles Clubhouse renovation, K-12 and university facilities, precision-based industrial complexes and general commercial projects. He brings his experience in innovative and high-performance technologies to each project. Brett is the current President of the AGC Florida East Coast Chapter and brings a resource of professional relationships and contacts throughout the South Florida and Palm Beach County building industry.
Robin Lunsford's Bio
Robin Lunsford has been building high-profile projects with Hedrick Brothers Construction since 1995. With more than 30 years of local experience, he has advanced his career from carpenter to Senior Project Manager to Project Executive to now Senior Project Executive. Robin has invaluable knowledge of local conditions and costs, and vast experience in building and renovating historic, commercial, luxury residential and high-end retail projects. In 2007, he received the American Institute of Architects-Palm Beach Chapter Craftsman of the Year Award for his work on the historic restoration of the Palm Beach County 1916 Historic Courthouse and is a Board Member of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.

Patrick Painter's Bio
Patrick Painter is the sole legal counsel for Hedrick Brothers Construction and manages all legal and general business matters for the company. Patrick actively participates in the management and operations of the company on a daily basis by, among other things, implementing company-wide business strategies aimed at increasing revenues and shaping the evolving company culture. He has worked for North American Development Group and Broad and Cassel, prior to his initial role as General Counsel for Hedrick Brothers Construction. His areas of expertise include construction law, real estate law, real estate transactions and development, land use and zoning, corporate and business law.
