Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a 8,500sf Early Childhood addition and minor improvements to existing spaces. The building structure consists of concrete footings, masonry and concrete foundation walls, concrete slab on grade, masonry bearing walls, structural steel framing, precast concrete plank with concrete topping, steel bar joists and decking. The interior finishes included insulated gypsum board, metal stud partitions, concrete block and burnished block partitions with glazed block base.
Hy-Tec Construction worked closely with Wold Architects and ISD #186 to ensure the safety of students during this construction project.
