A general contractor is responsible for construction execution of the project in accordance with the contract documents. These documents usually include the contract agreement including budget, the general and special conditions and the plans and specification of the project that are prepared by a design professional such as an architect.

Delray Contracting is a full service general contractor with a diverse experience in environmental, municipal, commercial and industrial construction. We supply all material, labor, equipment, (engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. Delray Contracting will subcontract part of the work to other companies that specialize in the type of work the individual project requires.

We are a self performing general contractor, providing site work, concrete, structural steel and miscellaneous metals, doors and windows, painting, pre-engineered buildings, plumbing and mechanical, equipment installation and process piping installation.
