Our Story
Valentine Electric, Inc. was formed in Hagerstown, Maryland in 1977 by Stan Valentine,
a local resident. Since that time, we have grown from a residential company to include all
phases of electrical construction, including commercial, industrial, utility and government
projects. We are licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
Mission Statement:
It is our mission to be the premier provider of professionally designed and installed electrical
construction projects and building automation systems in its market area. Our objectives are
to assure that every customer receives a full measure of value for every dollar spent. That
every employee is provided an opportunity to realize his or her potential within the context of
our free enterprise system. As well as to insure that Valentine Electric, Inc. remains a
profitable and financially sound company.
