Stephen Cervantes has worked in the construction industry for over 22 years. Stephen brings vast knowledge of and experience with constructability to the project team. Stephen has experience with all aspects of field operations including field supervision, project management, safety administration, and construction scheduling/coordination. His construction experience includes government facilities, educational facilities, office buildings, military facilities, hotels, civil projects, renovations, tenant finish-outs and tilt wall projects.
As Vice President of Operations, Stephen’s responsibilities include the overall administration and oversight of the company’s field operations, field personnel and the primary development of the construction schedules with heavy input from the Project Manager and Superintendent. Stephen is also the Company Safety Officer and oversees and administers the company’s safety programs.
