Scope Of Work

Solis successfully completed the turnkey construction of a VIP RV Lot/RR-Shower and Laundry Facility. The project consists of a masonry building providing restrooms, shower rooms and a laundry facility, in addition to 78  landscaped RV pads with electric, water and sewer hook ups. The scope of work included paving subgrade, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, parking specialties, site utilities, landscape, hardscape and irrigation.  The project is part of the Circuit of the Americas project, a world class race track facility.  It was constructed under tight deadlines necessitated by the schedule for the grand opening Formula One race.

The work included cast?in?place concrete, masonry, metal pipe bollards and misc. metal fabrications, rough and finish carpentry, laminate and solid surface countertops, waterproofing, insulation, sealants, steel doors and frames, aluminum doors and frames, windows, gypsum board, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, paints and coatings, miscellaneous division 10 specialty items, wet pipe sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, fire detection and alarm, earthwork, concrete pavement, base courses, HMAC, pavement markings, paving specialties, parking signage, curbs and gutters, plantings, revegetation, and irrigation, water and sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and electrical utilities.
