Scope Of Work

Solis successfully completed the new construction of a 37,500 square foot DOL Warehouse & Administrative Facility and a separate 5,000 sq. ft. Vehicle Maintenance/Covered Storage Facility The project scope of work consisted of: asbestos and hazardous material remediation, demolition of existing buildings and associated structures, extensive earthwork, drilled piers, site utilities, extensive reinforced cast-in-place concrete foundation with suspended grade beams, tactical tracked vehicle unloading area with concrete ramp and organizational hardstand, specialized concrete floor coatings, pre-engineered metal buildings, structural standing seam metal roofing, firestopping, joint sealants, environmental controls, overhead coiling doors, IDS security system, ATFP compliant aluminum windows, fiberglass translucent wall panel systems, gypsum board assemblies, cathodic protection system, automated meter reading system (EMCS), data and voice communication systems, public address and mass notification system, extension of utilities (primary electrical, communication, OSP, sewer, water, gas), extensive interior mechanical systems (includes refrigerant piping, gas piping and plumbing), extensive interior electrical systems (comm., electrical distribution, SIPRNet), fire suppression system and fire detection and alarm systems.
