Scope Of Work
Gilford served as General Contractor for the Phased Construction of a Facility on a 27-acre site. Upon Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Church's completion, it includes a 3,000-seat sanctuary, Fellowship Hall, Chapel, and K-12 school along with a Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, and Fitness Center. Arel Architects, Inc., Clinton, MD is the project architect. Maryland based Architectural firm performed all of the Architectural and Design services to the project
The First Phase, which is substantially complete, encompassed construction of 62,500 sf which will serve as a temporary church location. This two-story facility with brick and EIFS exterior includes a gymnasium with sanctuary seating for 1,300 or gymnasium seating for 1,012, multi-purpose room/ Fellowship Hall with seating for 450, commercial kitchen, 21 classrooms, nursery, offices, and library/ computer lab. Site work included installation of new Site Utilities, Storm Water Management, and parking for 1,022 vehicles.
The Second Phase duration lasted approximately two years, encompassing a 99,000 sf Facility including a 3,000-seat sanctuary with a Balcony, Chapel, Administration Suite, offices, Meeting rooms, and a Grand lobby.
