Scope Of Work
This project included the construction of a 450-seat, pew-style sanctuary which merged traditional design with modern technology. Included in this project were an open narthex, a production loft, a cry room, rehearsal space, meet and greet areas and a columbarium. This project also included major expansion and renovation of the parking lot and courtyard, as well as the re-landscaping of the entire campus.
This project was developed on an existing 2.6-acre site, which demanded that the schedule and construction of the parking and site areas be phased to ensure that Mission del Sol could continue ongoing programming and ministry throughout the week. Through strategic implementation of scheduling, MTV was able to complete this project seven weeks ahead of schedule and within budget.
