Scope Of Work
As construction manager and general contractor, with a guaranteed maximum price, Sweetwater completed renovations to the 22-story Class A office building’s lobby. The program included the lobby, common area, multiple offices and bathrooms. Scope of work included new lighting, finishes, ADA compliant restrooms, decorative millwork, new reception desk and wood paneling.
