Scope Of Work
The Corben Business Campus showcases Friede & Associates’ office construction skills and the ability to erect an entire commercial park from scratch in less than a year. These 35,000-square-foot and 22,000-square-foot office buildings rest on 18 acres of prime real estate at the entrance to the Dane County Regional Airport.
The first of two buildings proudly hosts the home offices of: Elderspan & AC Nielsen, Vista, Forward Service Corporation, and Optimator, while allotting 10,000-square-feet of premier space for Corben’s main tenant, Foth & Van Dyke.
As if the first building had not surpassed all expectations, the second of the campus’ structures boasts a 22,000-square-foot metal-skinned, energy-efficient space that serves as the headquarters for Ayres & Associates.
