In June 2009, Whitley Construction Company, LLC was formed to purchase a commercial drywall interior construction. Whitley Construction Company, LLC is a certified Minority Business Enterprise by State of Missouri , State of Kansas and a Small Disadvantaged Business by Federal Government. Additionally, Whitley Construction is HUD Section 3 certified.
Whitley Construction's EMR is 0.99, has exceptional credit and financing, safety trained field personnel and a quality control program.
Our scope of services are structural and non-structural framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical, wood and metal ceilings, finish carpentry, site cleanup and construction management services, fireproofing and access floor installations.
We are currently working on varies projects i.e., apartments, office remodels, cultural and performing arts centers, schools, hospitals, retail shopping, restaurants, apartment renovation and several types of government, non-government and privately financed projects.
