Ground up construction of this single-story Fire Station included the 18,565-sf building and site improvements on a 4-acre site. The structure comprises masonry and metal studs with a wood roof. It houses 3 drive-through apparatus bays, kitchen, dayroom, training room, workout room, 7 dorm rooms, and a 5,300-sf administrative area.
