Established in 1999, Klinge & Associates has been providing full General Contracting services for Commercial construction in public works, private sector and high-end residential projects.  Our services include design, project planning, management  and construction for tenant improvements, remodels and new construction.  Projects range from $50,000 to 5 million in size and include assisted living facilities, senior housing, mixed-use, office and warehouse facilities, colleges, hospitals, banks and other projects for many municipalities.  Owner, Duane Klinge, is a leader in the industry with a degree in Construction Management with emphasis in Civil Engineering.  We take pride in our work and strive to provide the very best in construction services.
