It is not any easy goal, but it is our goal for every project, large or small.

C.A. LINDMAN Inc.
C.A. Lindman, Inc., founded in 1990, has grown from a small restoration company with less than 10 employees, into one of the top 20 national firms specializing in exterior concrete and masonry repairs over the last 15 years. The founders, Rob Pusheck and Jeff Procter, have kept Lindman focused on meeting all of their clients’ needs and expectations. The “Lindman Difference” is the company’s motto and delivering this superior service is the company-wide goal every day.

VALENTE-LINDMAN LLC
In 2002 C.A. Lindman, Inc and Jerry Valente formed a joint venture to provide high quality structural concrete repair in the New York metropolitan area. Mr. Valente brought over 30 years of experience in construction, 18 specifically in estimating, building and managing, concrete repair projects in the New York area. Lindman provides the corporate resources, and the technical support required to provide the “big company” benefits to Valente/Lindman projects. While Valente/Lindman is a separate company, Lindman supports it with the same commitment as we do our Lindman offices, so we consider Valente/Lindman part of the “Lindman Difference”.

CAROLINA RESTORATION AND WATERPROFING, Inc.
In 2007, CA Lindman (CAL) acquired Carolina Restoration and Waterproofing, Inc. (CRW) in Raleigh, NC, effective 1/1/07. CRW has serviced the area between Richmond and Atlanta performing hundreds of successful masonry and concrete restoration projects. CRW currently employs a staff of over 50 field personnel and performed over $7M worth of work this year. Now with Lindman’s additional 400 plus employees and $40 M of completed work, we collectively have the staff and experience to undertake even more demanding projects with ease.

SPECIAL PROJECTS GROUP
In 2005 C.A. Lindman formed a Special Projects Division to provide high quality structural concrete, masonry and waterproofing facade repair anywhere in the country or Caribbean. Whether it is too big, too sophisticated and complex, or too risky clients often find frustration with contractors that only want to work on the easy or standard repair projects. With Lindman's corporate resources and the technical support required to provide the "big company" benefits to projects around the country and the Caribbean, the Special Projects Division offers the "Lindman Difference" to clients near and far. Special Projects has expertise in historic restoration, PT repairs and strengthening, waterproofing and grouting, as well as typical concrete and masonry repair projects. The question is not "what can they do?" but "what can't they do?"

EXPERIENCED FIELD PERSONNEL
We invest significant resources to retain our people. We care about our personnel, and it shows. We provide in-house training, state of the art equipment, and a knowledgeable management staff to work with. We have two employee appreciation days a year. We offer performance based incentives that are tied to Owner Satisfaction. All of this works together, as we retain over 90% of our employees from year to year.

PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND BEHAVIOR
We work in and around occupied buildings every day. Our crews understand this, and we strive to keep the work site neat and clean. Our crews are readily identifiable by their yellow Lindman hard hats. Our equipment and vehicles are recent models, and professionally maintained. Management personnel are educated professionals, with the scholastic aptitude and experience to provide administrative support needed to make your project run smoothly. Our managers can provide quality field service, and produce the administrative paperwork that successful projects require.

COMMITTED OWNERSHIP
Lindman is owned by a group of hands on individuals. We each worked our way up from the field. We have built the Lindman companies from scratch. All of us still work full time within the company. We are committed to the success of our companies. We continue to invest in new technology and equipment because we see their benefits every day in the field. We manage and oversee the daily operations of the companies, when things are running smoothly, but more so when a problematic issue needs the attention and commitment of ownership.

COMPETITIVE PRICING
No client wants to pay high prices. Smart clients prefer to pay for Good Value. Lindman is client focused, and to that end, we work hard to keep our prices down without sacrificing service and quality. We balance paying a fair wage against fair pricing to clients. We weigh investing in new technology against the impact on our pricing. We have extensive in-house cost control management systems that help us keep our pricing accurate and fair. We treat our clients fair during the bid, fair during the execution of the project, and fair on contract price adjustments. Clients are pleasantly surprised by this, which is another reason why so many of our clients are repeat clients.

ROCK SOLID
Lindman provides quality service at a fair price. We strive to be competitive on every project. But price is only one component of a successful project. As the growth chart below illustrates, we have many repeat clients that have followed Mr. Ruskin’s advice quoted below, and continue to select Lindman and our quality, integrity and service over cut rate contractors that fail to deliver. Our competitors find it easy to promise a cheaper price, where our competitors fail is in delivering better service; Our repeat clients have experienced the “Lindman difference”, and make up over 80% of our business!
