Sterling Roof Systems started so that we could offer systems and services that are unique and of the highest quality. We specialize in single-ply systems like TPO, PVC, EPDM and Dec-Tec, but also in Slate and Tile roofs and of course Asphalt Shingles. We can handle the difficult tie-ins to other roofs and facets with confidence backed by experience and a history of creative problem solving for any project. When there is collaboration with other trades we are willing to help so the whole project can move forward. At Sterling we understand that at the end of the day the most important thing we can do is provide highest quality roof for your project that looks and performs as promised. 

Dec-Tec is a product that we have certification in that really gets us excited. It is the ultimate solution to have an appealing roof that doubles as a usable area. Second story roof decks that are commonly rubber and sometimes with a wood deck over top for protection. This is not ideal. You can't use patio furniture on rubber and building a wood deck is costly and even worse to find leaks later, if plants haven't grown through already. Dec-Tec is a fully adhered 90 mil reinforced PVC membrane that is heat weldable, and has many attractive patterns such as wood grains. The CoolStep line they have never gets over 85 degrees to the touch! We think its amazing and adds tremendous value to any project.
