Our owner has been in the industry since 1983. In his 34 years in the industry he worked his way up the ladder seeking to work with exclusively 5 star companies and eventually joined local 501 in LA operating engineers. There he became the chief engineer for high rise buildings from San Diego to LA while also working as an operating engineer for AAA administration in Costa Mesa! In 1998, he decided to open up his own company—California Mechanical Solutions. Under the guidance of our owner, we pride ourselves on guiding our customers in the right direction when needed. We understand that good, helpful opinions are a dime a dozen. The hardest part of our job is to steer customers, who have already received poor advice, in the right direction.
