Our Story

OneWay Electric owner, Phillip Garcia, is a Coachella Valley native and second-generation electrician, working with his father's locally owned business from the age of 16, gaining two decades of experience in residential handyman, construction and electrical work.

His father's business prided itself in offering everything from skillful repair work to detail-oriented improvements and upgrades.  He and his father helped many properties with basic plugs, switches, lights, panels and circuit work, to troubleshooting complex remodeling.

Due to economic hardships in 2008, Phillip's father had to downsize the family business.  Phillip then joined the union, starting off from the bottom with the mundane tasks of inventory, clean-up and shovel work, up to obtaining the highest rank available of being general foreman at the age of 30.   Throughout his career, he worked on tenant improvements, commercial remodels. windmills, powerplants, utility solar and skyrises.

He managed multimillion-dollar projects for three of the Fortune 500 electrical contractors in the nation. Phillip took on administration, managing logistics, and team building for a variety of substantial ventures.

Phillip's father passed away in 2017.  This motivated Phillip to continue to build his experience so he one day can start up his own business again, a business founded on skillfully perfecting his craft with tried and true methods while using the most innovative tools and technologies available.

In 2022, OneWay Electric was born.   Phillip was ready to live out this dream in memory of his father who taught him everything he knew.   Phillip Garcia also wants to thank and honor the men and the women that have contributed to the development of this company.  OneWay Electric has pleased clients with their thorough and methodical procedures, along with building his team, and carrying them into a bright future.

We're the one company you need to get the job done, and we're here to pave the best way for your electrical needs and wants.  Let's get started today.
