This review is long overdue. We hired Dynasty Pavers & Design back in December 2019 / January 2020 to add some pavers to our driveway and to do some other work for us. This is a family owned and operated business and the owner Jon Paul was great to work with. He was on site for much of the project and always available to answer questions. He has a great crew - they were all friendly and professional. They did a great job - our driveway looks amazing! Jon Paul also has some great ideas when we were trying to decide on the type of pavers and the design. If you are thinking of putting any kind of pavers, I highly recommend Dynasty Pavers and Design.
By the way, I called Jon Paul up a few months after our project was done to ask him some questions. He was great - took the time to get me the information I needed. Great service all the way.
This review is for demolition only. I would absolutely use Dynasty for pavers, too, but in our case, we bought a property with an old pool and shed/greenhouse that needed to be demolished and just wanted more yard space.
I got quotes from a few different demolition folks and contractors. John Paul came out and was nice, professional, and gave us a competitive bid.
Once we agreed to do the work, JP was quick to pull permits, his crew started as soon as possible, and they were done in relatively short order. They even removed some additional shrubs and fixtures in the yard for us.
Overall, I'd highly recommend John Paul and Dynasty.
We needed between 30 and 40 TONS of salvaged rare Bay Area Bluestone hauled. The stones needed to be removed from a tight space be delivered to three different destinations.
After interviewing and getting bids from several firms, Dynasty Pavers / J&J Hauling gave us a very competitive bid and understood the logistically complex job.
When it came time to do the work, they arrived on time. Our main point of contact was Janser and his brother Juri. He and his team completed the job in two days instead of 3, including 4 different deliveries to three different sites (as required by the sheer volume of stone).
They left the site as clean as I've ever seen it and were patient with the process of sizing and grading the stone. We certainly hope to work with them on future jobs and wish them all success. they deserve it.
I highly recommend Dynasty Pavers and Design. The professionalism that they exemplify from beginning to end of my project was phenomenal . He showed up on time if not early for the estimate and started the project few days later than originally discussed. This delay and finishing of my project was due to covid which was beyond anyones control. He was always available when I have questions. He had ideas that he shared with us that help gives a finishing touch to the project. They left my yard very clean. He and his crew were very friendly and great to work with. I am so please with my project and I just can't say enough about it. Its all due to the collaborate effort. They will be back to do the 2nd phase of my backyard project.
