Our Story

We are a firm that specializes in environmental construction. Our team takes a scientific approach to all projects, which has enabled us to be a value add and a cost-conscious asset to all our clients and associates.  Our proven approaches are second to none, our processes are always considered best management practices and our guarantees are the best in the business.

Luxe Applied Sciences handles a wide range of environmental projects such as:  erosion, sediment and stormwater control, grading, seeding, stream construction / renovation, wetland design and build, custom seed and soil blends, burn scar remediation, mine reclamation, reforestation, large and small excavations, and water quality projects.  We also have our own laboratories located in Colorado and Florida where we are constantly testing and creating breakthrough technologies in water quality and sediment control.  One of our current product offerings includes custom filters for storm drains and other bioremediation solutions; these are made to order and are made to filter specific items such as toxins, heavy and trace metals, and hydrocarbons commonly polluting America’s construction sites nationwide. We want to be your first call when quality is on the line. We take ownership of these issues and correct them so you can concentrate on other things.

Our proven track record will show you that long after construction is complete, we monitor our projects year-round at no additional cost to the client.  We are results driven, not money driven.  We believe in educating the community on our processes and procedures so that together we can build a better future for years to come.
