Service-disabled veteran who started her service to the country in 1999 as a Signal Corps commissioned officer. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, her career of leading people through all kinds of changes, challenges, and situations of uncertainty began. She help setup Guantanamo Bay after 9/11 among other things where the criticality of the mission and the duty to those we further instilled the importance of leading and managing with a resourceful, adaptable, creative, and empathetic mindset.
After being in the military she wanted to continue leading people doing work that is relevant, has greatest impact, and went on to do things breaking operations performance records. all with 0 behavioral related fatalities or lost time injuries experienced with her teams since her career started over 20 years ago --including military service. She will continue to lead and manage her team responsible for overall strategies and day-to-day operations so team has the resources that support their work activities to do their job safely, on schedule, and within budget understanding that it may require something innovative and unique to address the problem for her clients and her team.
She is also a strong supporter of emotional intelligence training and how empathy for the needs of the client and the team. She supports and strategizes with the mindset that the client's needs are the priority of our own with balance so the project serves The Purpose it's meant meeting the expectations in a data-driven, customer-focused, collaborative and transparent way.
