Welcome to the surety and construction law firm of Jonathan P. Cohen, P.A. We are a Fort Lauderdale-based law firm specializing in litigation involving surety and construction matters in state court, federal court and arbitration. We assist a variety of clients in the areas of surety, construction, bankruptcy, and business disputes– always with the primary goal of protecting our client’s rights. We have a long and successful history of assisting our clients in the surety and construction law arena.
