SCANNING FOR HIDDEN TARGETS

Concrete scanning is performed with a Ground Penetrating Radar system that emits one or more frequencies which are projected at nearly 1/3rd the speed of light into the concrete surface. The Ground Penetrating Radar system uses a sensitive antenna in the same device to capture waves as they are reflected back at the antenna. The radar waves reflect differently on anomalies inside the concrete allowing the technician to identify the anomalies as potential targets of interest.
