Navy Green is located in the Fort Greene/Wallabout area of Brooklyn. The 103,000 square foot, former Navy prison site was converted to a unique new construction, mixed-use development consisting of approximately 460 residential units, commercial and community facility space, and open green space connecting all residential sections of the property. The complex is a combination of supportive housing, affordable rental, mixed-income condos and market-rate town homes. The first three buildings were completed in 2012 and final components later in 2016.
